How long does it take to make a piece of jewelry?

From the confirmation of the order, it takes me 4-6 weeks to create my custom pieces. For urgent orders, please inquire with me to confirm if I can accommodate your request for the desired jewelry. An additional 20% surcharge applies for urgent orders.

Is there an option to try on the selected jewelry?

After booking an appointment, you are welcome to visit Pavilion Studio to view and try on sample pieces.

How long does an online design take?

The design process takes 1 hour and costs 7 €. If you accept the quote, the design fee will be credited towards the price of the designed jewelry. (Design currently only available online.)

My prices depend on the production time and materials used; you will receive a quote for the designed piece.

How can I order the designed jewelry?

After designing, I will email you the quote. Upon acceptance, I will send you an invoice, and you must transfer the amount to the bank account listed on the invoice to proceed with the order.
